Arise Trading Co. Shipping Policy

At Arise Trading Co., our goal is to get high-quality gear into your hands as efficiently as possible. To provide you with the best selection of specialized outdoor equipment, we partner with a network of premium suppliers and brands who ship their products directly to you.

How Our Shipping Works

  • Direct from the Source: Because we utilize a collective of partners, your items are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses.

  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains items from different brands, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that our suppliers do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the supplier's warehouse origin.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by the weight of the items and the distance they must travel from our partners to your doorstep.

Tracking Your Order

Once an item in your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Constraints

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: Many of our suppliers utilize UPS or FedEx for larger outdoor gear, which may prevent delivery to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical street address for all orders.

  • Domestic Focus: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Damages

Arise Trading Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to make it right. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact us immediately at support@arisetradingco.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
